• Twin-track conveying — parts travel on two parallel lanes, so one lane can be loaded or unloaded while work continues on the other.

Material Supply & Preparation

1. Component A and component B are drawn from their own containers through a pre-processing feeding station, so each side reaches the valve in a steady stream rather than in surges.

3. Prepared components are then metered to the mixing valve on demand, so a full tray of parts can be potted through without stopping to top up or re-prepare.

Two-Component Mixing & Metering

The screw dynamic mixing valve is where the two components meet. A and B arrive through separate feed lines, and the valve proportions, blends and dispenses them in one continuous pass, so what leaves the nozzle has just been mixed instead of sitting in a batch. Two things follow from that. There is no pot life running against the operator, because material is mixed on demand. And the blend stays consistent across a long run, so the last part of a shift is potted with the same ratio as the first. Installation & Commissioning

1. Before the potting machine is moved in, confirm the final position, the floor loading and the route into the building, and check how your A and B containers will sit alongside the feed side.

3. Level the tracks and set the fixtures square, then load a tray of sample parts and align the fixture position with the working area.
4. Teach the vision and height references using your own parts, so the settings are made against real product rather than a sample that sits differently in the fixture.
5. Run a first-article batch: check fill, position and cure, adjust the recipe if needed, and keep the approved settings as the production standard for that product.

Q1. Which adhesives can this machine run?

Two-component adhesives are the design case, and the reference material for this model is WEVO two-component polyurethane from Germany. Two-component PU is widely used for encapsulating small assemblies because it protects the electronics and holds up in service. If you plan to run a different grade or ratio, tell us the material and we will confirm that the valve and feed are matched to it.

Parts are carried in fixtures or trays rather than loaded loose, so the practical limit is set by the fixture you choose to run. Small components suit multi-cavity trays, and the working area has room for a full tray rather than a single part. If your part is unusually tall or the assembly is heavy, mention it when the fixture is designed.

Q3. Can the two tracks run different products at the same time?

The tracks are parallel lanes of one adhesive dispensing system, so the usual way to run them is the same product on both for maximum output. If you want a different product and programme on each lane — a high-volume part on one and a lower-volume variant on the other, for example — tell us when the machine is being specified so the tracks and fixtures are set up that way.
