Product Features:
Through electric belt stirring, real-time liquid level monitoring and code scanner identification, it achieves glue shelf life control and glue refilling error prevention, providing reliable preprocessing guarantee for the potting process.

Applications
- Potting and encapsulation — where a potting machine fills housings or modules from a 5-gallon pail, the fill needs to stay the same from the first shot of a shift to the last.
- Housing and bracket bonding — assembly lines applying structural adhesive to metal or plastic parts, where a settled pail shows up later as a bond that behaves differently from the one before it.
- Power tool and appliance production — high-volume lines that run a single adhesive for long shifts and would rather not stop for someone to stir a pail by hand.
- Job shops running several products — one container opened on and off across several days, where material would otherwise separate on the shelf between jobs.
- Automated dispensing lines — wherever a pail supplies an automated adhesive dispensing system, this unit keeps the material conditioned and monitored instead of leaving it to an operator's eye.
Adhesive Compatibility & Fit
Material behaviour decides how the unit is set up, so it is worth being precise about what you run: whether the adhesive is filled or unfilled, how quickly it skins over in the pail, and the working viscosity on the line. Those three things matter more to the result than the container does.
The unit does not meter or mix; it prepares. Material leaves it already conditioned, so whatever applies the adhesive further down the line works with a supply that behaves the same at the end of a shift as it did at the start.
It is a standalone station, which keeps installation simple and lets you add it ahead of equipment that already performs well rather than replacing it. That is what makes it a manageable first upgrade on a line where the dispensing itself is not the problem.
Technical Support & Model Matching
As the manufacturer, Suzhou Veady Precision Glue Dispensing Systems Co., Ltd supports your project from selection through startup. Share your adhesive, substrate, throughput and accuracy target, and our engineers help match the right dispensing, potting, vacuum potting or material preparation configuration. We also guide installation and commissioning, process parameter setup, and fault troubleshooting, and provide factory-direct service and bulk supply for long-term production.
FAQ
Q1 What does the timed stirring cycle do for the adhesive?
Most adhesives separate once a pail has been standing: filler drifts downwards and a thinner layer forms on top, so the material drawn early in a shift is not the same as the material drawn at the end of it. Timed stirring brings the container back into suspension between cycles, and because the belt stirrer runs to a set interval rather than continuously, the adhesive is not over-worked.
Q2 Which adhesives suit this unit?
It is built around adhesives supplied in 5-gallon pails, which covers most of the bonding and potting materials used on production lines. Filled and unfilled products, and materials with different open times, behave differently once stirred — send us the product name and working viscosity and we will confirm the setup that suits it.
Q3 Does the unit replace anything on the line?
No — it adds a preprocessing stage in front of what you already run. A potting machine or dispense valve carries on metering and applying adhesive exactly as before; what changes is that the material arriving there has already been conditioned at the source.
Q4 What should be ready on site before installation?
Set aside a level position close to the dispense point, with the power and compressed air services available at that spot. Short, direct runs between the unit and the valve keep the supply path simple. As a dispensing machine manufacturer we are happy to look over a layout sketch before delivery if you want the position checked.
Q5 How should the unit be cleaned between materials?
Between batches of the same adhesive, wipe down the stirrer and the loading area and keep the container covered between fills. When you change to a different material, clean before the residue sets — cured adhesive on a stirrer is much harder to remove than fresh material — and check the sequence with our team for the chemistry you run.
Q6 Will it take the 5-gallon pails we already buy?
The unit is designed around standard 5-gallon containers, so the pails you already buy are normally what it runs on. It feeds the material forward to your glue dispensing machine; if you use a lined pail, a non-standard lid or a returnable container, send the dimensions and we will confirm how it loads before you order.
