Product Features:

It preprocesses two-component adhesives and can be compatible with various glue supply methods such as gear pumps, screw pumps, diaphragm pumps, and plunger pumps according to the adhesive characteristics, enabling precise quantitative delivery and metered dispensing of two-component adhesives.

Specifications:

Suitable Adhesives:Epoxy resin, polyurethane, silicone resin and other two-component adhesives.

Product Applications:Servo motors, new energy motors, micro switches, OBC charging modules, automotive electronics, precision sensors, ignition coils, solar photovoltaics, etc.

Product Overview

Two components, two tanks, one ready supply of adhesive. The A and B sides keep resin and hardener apart until the unit meters them together at the mix point, and an onboard preparation stage between the tanks and the outlet keeps the material uniform, at temperature and free of entrained air. What reaches your industrial glue dispenser is the same mix from the first shot of a shift to the last. This unit suits lines that pot, bond, seal or encapsulate with epoxy, polyurethane or silicone systems. It works upstream of the dispense valve rather than in place of it: the valve still sets the pattern, the preparation unit decides what the valve receives. It is normally installed at the head of the dispensing cell, where the tanks can be filled and the panel read without walking into the cell.

Preparation Functions

  • Stirring — a motor-driven stirrer in each tank keeps resin and hardener uniform while the unit runs, so the material reaching the mix point does not change character as a tank empties.
  • Liquid level monitoring — both sides are tracked while the line runs, so an operator sees a tank going low before the mix ratio has a chance to drift.
  • Heating — tank heating brings a cold or heavy resin up to working temperature so it flows and releases air more readily.
  • Defoaming — the unit pulls vacuum on the material to strip entrained air, which keeps cured parts free of voids and pinholes.
  • Circulation — material is kept moving through the feed circuit instead of standing in the line, so the automated fluid dispensing system downstream is never fed a mix that has been sitting.
  • Reflow — material can be returned through the circuit rather than left stranded in the feed path, which shortens the changeover between adhesive batches.

Technical Support & Model Matching

As the manufacturer, Suzhou Veady Precision Glue Dispensing Systems Co., Ltd supports your project from selection through startup. Share your adhesive, substrate, throughput and accuracy target, and our engineers help match the right dispensing, potting, vacuum potting or material preparation configuration. We also guide installation and commissioning, process parameter setup, and fault troubleshooting, and provide factory-direct service and bulk supply for long-term production.

FAQ

Q1. Can the unit handle a mix ratio other than 1:1?

Yes. The A and B sides are separate and each is metered on its own, so the ratio comes from the feed and valve configuration rather than from the tank sizes. Send us your ratio and the resin system you use, and we will confirm the pump arrangement that suits it.

Q2. Do we still need a separate adhesive mixing machine on the line?

No. Both components are prepared inside the unit, so the bench mixing station and the hand-weighing step come out of the cell. That removes the batch-to-batch variation that comes with mixing by eye, and it means the material is ready whenever the dispense cell calls for it.

Q3. Can this unit feed a 2 part adhesive dispenser or a robot cell we already run?

Yes, provided the feed pump and outlet are matched to it. Tell us the dispenser, valve or robot model and the shot it runs, and we will confirm the connection and the feed arrangement before the unit is built. If the downstream equipment is unusual, send the drawing and our engineers will check it.

Q4. Does the unit have to be fixed in place?

It is built as a mobile cabinet on casters, with the tanks, motors and controls carried on the one frame and a hose running to the dispense point. That means it can be parked beside a cell, wheeled into a service aisle for filling, or moved when a line is rebalanced. Check the route is clear before moving it.

Q5. What services does the unit need at the installation point?

Plan for single-phase power and a plant air connection within the ranges shown in the specifications, plus enough clearance around the cabinet to open the side panels and fill the tanks. Check the distance from the unit to the dispense point as well, because a longer run changes the feed arrangement.

Q6. What should we do with the adhesive if the line stops for a few days?

Do not leave two-component material sitting in the feed path. Keep it moving while the plant is running, and before a long shutdown ask us for the idle and flush procedure that matches your resin and hardener. It is a short conversation that saves a stripped-down mix path later.
