Description

Product Features:

The A/B material tanks have a capacity of 10L and integrate functions including heating, stirring, liquid level monitoring, degassing, circulation, and reflux. The system employs a PLC + HMI control setup along with independently developed metering pumps and dynamic mixing valves, making it particularly suitable for small-batch, multi-variety production or R&D trial vacuum potting applications.

Product Overview

Laboratory and small-batch potting often means weighing resin by hand, mixing it at the bench and then fighting bubbles with a desiccator — and getting a slightly different result each run. This machine replaces that routine with one stand-alone vacuum potting machine: two material tanks, a vacuum chamber and a metering and mixing head carried on a single compact frame.

It is built for R&D trial potting, small-batch production with frequent product changeover, and workshops where floor space rules out a full potting line. An operator loads and unloads parts by hand while proportioning, mixing and the vacuum cycle run automatically from a stored recipe. Two-component epoxies, polyurethanes and silicone gels are all within range, and because the material tanks are part of the machine there is no separate preparation station to set up, plumb in or clean down beside it.

Operating Sequence

  1. Load the parts into the fixture on the worktable and check that the tooling sits against its locating pins.
  2. Confirm tank levels, temperature and stirring status on the HMI, and top up if the batch calls for it.
  3. Select the stored recipe and start the cycle. The chamber pulls down to the set vacuum level and holds before dispensing begins.
  4. Metering, mixing and filling then run automatically: A and B are dosed by the metering pumps, blended in the dynamic mixing valve and dispensed along the programmed path.
  5. Release the vacuum, open the chamber and unload the potted parts, checking the fill on the first piece of each batch.
  6. Finish the shift with the valve purge routine so no mixed resin is left curing inside the mixing element.

Technical Support & Model Matching

As the manufacturer, Suzhou Veady Precision Glue Dispensing Systems Co., Ltd supports your project from selection through startup. Share your adhesive, substrate, throughput and accuracy target, and our engineers help match the right dispensing, potting, vacuum potting or material preparation configuration. We also guide installation and commissioning, process parameter setup, and fault troubleshooting, and provide factory-direct service and bulk supply for long-term production.

FAQ

Q1. Is this machine intended for production runs or for trials?

Both, but it is designed for work where variety matters more than volume. It is a stand-alone vacuum potting system, so one operator can run a batch in the morning and a different product after lunch using stored recipes. Output is limited by the manual load and unload rather than by the potting cycle itself.

Q2. Can we switch the machine from one adhesive to another?

Yes, with the usual cleaning discipline between chemistries. Drain both tanks and flush the lines through the mixing valve before the new material goes in, then load the matching recipe. Most customers schedule the change at the end of a batch rather than mid-shift, so the machine comes back into service clean.

Q3. Which adhesives can this machine run?

Epoxy resins, polyurethanes, silicone gels, thermally conductive silicones and organic potting compounds are all within range, along with other two-component ratio-mixed materials. If you already run vacuum potting equipment with piston or gear metering, the same resin families generally apply — check filler load and viscosity against your data sheet before ordering.

Q4. Can one potting machine handle both small sensors and larger modules?

Within limits, and those limits come from the work envelope rather than from the material system. Small sensors, coils and larger modules all run on the same platform, but confirm the tallest part and the deepest cavity against the Z stroke before the fixture is designed. Very tall housings need a different model.

Q5. How do we confirm the machine suits our adhesive and our part?

Send the resin data sheet together with a drawing of the part and the fill volume you need. As adhesive dispensing equipment manufacturers, we check mix ratio, filler content and viscosity against the metering pumps and mixing valve, then confirm the tank heating, stirring and vacuum settings for your material before the machine is configured.

Q6. What support is available for the metering pumps and mixing valve?

Both are developed and built in house, so a worn pump or valve element is replaced with the same part rather than an approximation from a third party. As a dispensing machine manufacturer we supply calibration guidance with the machine documentation and support ratio checks after a rebuild.
